These are questions before I buy.
1. Is Windows Media Center (WMC) on the XBox One S or XBox One? I know both are using Windows 10 (W10) as there basic operating system (OS). I know WMC is not part of W10 on the computer version of the software. I understand WMC was ported to the XBox 360, but can find no information on it being ported to XBox One.
Xbox One supports a wide variety of codecs and media types, but if you try to play a file that contains unsupported content, Media Player will notify you about the issue. Does Media Player support artwork when I browse my collection? Xbox One owners who are also members of the Xbox dashboard preview programme, will be pleased to know that Microsoft has started rolling out the new Xbox One media player app for members to use.
2. If WMC has been ported the the XBox One or XBox One S, does it have all the features associated with WMC on Windows 7?
3. What type of connectivity is provided to external storage, interfaces, and what are the current storage limits? Right now I have 31TB of old television shows and movies recorded onto two MediaSonic ProBox 8 bay tower using RAID 1 off my controller card and each tower JBOD with 8 6TB disks. The towers supports both e-SATA and USB 3.0.
4. Does the XBox One support coaxial cable input? My current input is from a house antenna into 2 Hauppauge dual channel television tuners.
